If you want to discuss medication you are taking or need to have an annual medication review, our staff will direct you to a specialist Pharmacist who is best equipped to deal with these queries. Physio Advice (MSK) Clinic
We provide access to a virtual musculoskeletal (MSK) service for patients who need support regarding muscle and joint problems. Conditions covered include joint pain, injuries/falls, swollen joints, mobility problems, foot/ankle problems, pins and needles/numbness/tingling, and the effects of car accidents.
This service is provided through telephone appointments with an advanced physiotherapist. They will issue advice and, where appropriate, arrange appropriate follow-up. Healthy Minds Service
Healthy Minds is a free NHS service for people aged over 18, who would like help with depression, anxiety or stress. It will provide Telephone Consultation with Mental Health Practitioners for Low Level Primary Care Mental Health Issues. They will be able to offer support and psychological education to the patient, provide follow up where necessary and signpost onto other services. Please speak to the Reception team for further information on how to book an appointment.
Wellbeing Co-ordinator (Connect Well)
If you are feeling stressed/lonely/anxious, want to be more active, meet new people, or perhaps need advice on issues like finances or housing, then Connect Well can help.
We are a social prescribing service which seeks to direct people to relevant community services and support groups in order to benefit their overall health and well-being. Our Wellbeing Coordinators are based within GP practices and can provide one-to-one support over the phone and face-to-face. If appropriate, we can also provide community visits.
The service is available to individuals aged 18+ who are registered with a GP in the North Leeds CCG area. If you are not registered with a GP we can provide advice on how to register.
