I attended Bramhope today for ear suctioning and wanted to say that dealing with reception was an absolute pleasure.



I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr Muirhead and Dr Kendall for your prompt and kind handling of some recent problems.



I would like to say that I am very impressed with the service that Chevin gives to the community with all the steps that they take to help people with appointments - making the appointments, texting reminders and follow-ups. I know that the phones are always busy but if people are patient they will get through.



A very big thank you to such amazing doctors, nurses, and reception team. We are exceptional, kind, caring and professional team who we all make them feel like nothing is too much trouble even when they know how busy we are, we always go above and beyond.



I would like to say how wonderful you all are at the surgery and how you all go above and beyond when you are all so busy to help the patients here.



I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely receptionist at Charles St who was dealing with the extremely long queue at around 12pm today. I assume some of the other patients were also there because of the confusing NHS text message about Covid vaccinations. She stayed calm and personable under pressure whilst reassuring me about that text and giving me very sensible advice about another issue. She wouldn’t have known just how stressed and anxious I currently am following a bereavement and she enabled me to walk out of the surgery feeling listened to and happy. Please do give her this feedback



I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you all at Chevin Medical Practice for being part of the care and support for my mother over the past year or so. I know she benefited greatly from the services you all have provided. The district nurses have been very attentive and ensured she was as comfortable as she could be. It is a comfort to me and the family that mum was well cared for and peaceful in her passing.



I just want to covey my thanks to your team especially Dr Bisht who has been great in helping to arrange various tests for me. She worked with me to try get me seen by others as part of my medical issues and it's been great. She's been so proactive and helpful. It's all too often we complain, saying thank you is such a nice thing to do, but often forgotten about!



I Just want to say everyone should feel incredibly proud the team at Chevin is second to none.



I just wanted to email to say what a fantastic service I've had from the practice nurses at Bridge Street. I had my first Health Check and saw Racheal who has a wonderful friendly manner and is very knowledgeable and reassuring.

The nurse I saw to take my bloods again was quick efficient timely and friendly.

Thank you to the team and the practice nurses its great to have such friendly and helpful advice so readily available




Doctor Housari is extremely understanding, considerate, professional,caring and reassuring. The list is endless. He is an asset to Chevin Medical Practice.

''I wanted to provide some feedback about the recent service I've had from your practice. I called the surgery on Tuesday as my asthma had flared up and I was feeling unwell. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient as I was struggling to talk from coughing and booked me in for a telephone consultation. Within 10 minutes Dr Gogna called me, spoke to me about my concerns, explained what was happening, prescribed me steroids and let me know what to do if my symptoms worsened. In total from making the call to my prescription being at the pharmacy  there was a maximum of 20 minutes. With the current climate I hear a lot of stories about how difficult it is to get a Doctors appointment and that when you do get one they are often unhelpful. I just wanted to share what an amazing experience I had with the surgery with both the receptionist and Dr Gogna and that I certainly feel well cared for with Chevin Medical Practice. I'd like to thank you for the excellent service I received (as I always have with your surgery)''.

''We just wanted to say a huge 'Thank you' to all staff throughout your practices for the amazing support they have given our family since we moved to Otley just over 4 years ago, but especially more recently through the COVID pandemic.

We have a 12 year old son on the Autistic Spectrum who also has a severe intellectual and learning disability and is nonverbal. He does not like coming into the surgery and it causes him extremely high levels of anxiety and upset. We didn't have a clue as to how we were going to get him to attend or have a COVID vaccine administered but as soon as we explained his difficulties and our worries your staff- from booking right through to staff directing patients outside of the surgery, they could not have been more supportive or helpful to us all. It all went as smooth as it possibly could have and he managed to come back and have his second vaccine which was the same experience.
