We are committed to providing all our patients with timely and effective care. To help us manage urgent needs alongside routine appointments, our capacity for urgent same-day issues is carefully managed by a dedicated GP. This ensures we can prioritise the most critical cases. Sometimes, we may direct you to other appropriate NHS services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide safe and effective care for everyone. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 999 immediately.
 
You can submit online consultation requests during these times:
  • Routine Appointments: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Urgent Appointments: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or until we reach capacity due to high demand)
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Due to capacity limits, eConsult will close once the daily limit for urgent appoinments is reached. If you encounter this, please click the following link to review the guidance.

We welcome patient feedback to tell us what we are doing right and what we can improve.

You may receive a text message after your appointment asking for feedback, alternatively you could send us your feedback using the contact us option on our website or post or email the form to us.

When the Practice is closed

111 online

If the practice is closed and you have an urgent (but non-emergency) medical concern, you can seek help via NHS 111. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can be accessed either online or by calling 111.

NHS 111 will assess your need, give you advice and direct you to the local service that can best help you.

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

We offer a free NHS Health Check which is a check-up for adults aged between 40-74, looking for risks of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. Please speak to a Receptionist for further information.

Pharmacy Services

Pharmacists can give you advice on a range of conditions and suggest medicines that can help.

They may also be able to offer treatment and some prescription medicine for some conditions, without you needing to see a GP (this is called Pharmacy First). Conditions they can treat as part of Pharmacy First are:
